I am a psychotherapist specializing in women’s reproductive behavioral health — a field dedicated to supporting the unique needs of women’s mental health, particularly regarding fertility, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and menopause. I also provide coaching for parents seeking to implement a mindful and respectful approach to caregiving. I have advanced training in maternal mental health from Seleni Institute. I am certified in psychoanalytic psychotherapy by the William Alanson White Institute, and I completed a one-year course in family therapy from the Ackerman Institute. I studied early childhood development and infant gross motor milestones using the Pikler Approach. I am heavily influenced by the work of Phillip Bromberg, Paul Gelter, and D.W. Winicott. I received my Master of Social Work from New York University and am a graduate of Virginia Tech. I am located in Brooklyn, NY and am available for Zoom sessions nationwide.
